Gaddam Vijaya Nirmala is an experienced Field Marketing Specialist at Marketing Zettabyte Pvt. Ltd., bringing more than six years of association with the organisation and a professional background centred on field marketing, customer engagement, business development support, and market relationship management.

Having joined Marketing Zettabyte on 1 January 2020, during the company's founding period, she has been part of its organisational journey from the early stages. During the company's formative years, from 2020 to 2022, Nirmala began her career with Marketing Zettabyte as a Field Marketing Executive. Her early responsibilities were focused on developing practical experience in market engagement, understanding prospective customer requirements, participating in field marketing activities, and supporting the company's efforts to establish a presence within its target markets. This period provided a foundation for understanding customer expectations, professional communication, business representation, and the importance of consistent follow-up. As the organisation developed its operations, she became familiar with the coordination required between field-level activities and internal business functions. As Marketing Zettabyte entered its next phase of development during 2022 and early 2023, Nirmala continued strengthening her expertise in market outreach, customer relationship management, and business development coordination. Building on the experience gained during her initial appointment, her professional focus expanded towards improving the effectiveness of field marketing activities and supporting sustained engagement with existing and prospective clients. This stage of her career reflected a transition from developing foundational marketing capabilities towards taking greater responsibility for business relationships and coordinated marketing execution. Her contributions were recognised through a formal promotion to the position of Field Marketing Specialist, effective 22 January 2023. The promotion reflected the company's acknowledgement of her performance, professional dedication, and contribution to maintaining valuable client relationships.

Since January 2023, Nirmala has served as a Field Marketing Specialist, contributing her experience in field marketing operations, market engagement, client relationship development, and communication between external stakeholders and internal teams. She places importance on professional integrity, disciplined execution, customer satisfaction, and coordination among business functions. With experience extending from the company's early operations to her present specialist position, she continues to represent the value of sustained professional commitment and practical market knowledge.
